Fitness First Carindale

I have found both Fitness First at Wynnum and Carindale to beyond reproach. Sooooo professional, equipment up-to-date, all amenities cleaned continuously and other gymies friendly. This I think is probably due to the really positive and friendly staff.

I’m writing this review in regards to the Reception team. The way they treat there members is appalling, no support, no concern or compassion. I’m disgusted in the way me and my partner have been treated this morning, trying to sort out my partners membership because of a medical condition.

The whole Swimming pool is closed randomly because of kids class. I don’t know what is the point joining the membership. U get kicked out when u hard way swimming. Staff are so rude. Worst club in Brisbane .

Be very careful with signing up your membership with this branch. They say you can cancel your membership within cooling period time but even you cancel it they still charge for membership premium without any notice. Lucky we found out very first day we got charged for premium however they never apologize or even say sorry for that.

Great gym been there for years now, amazing staff! Trainers amazing! Friendly environment and very clean. Highly recommend for anyone just starting gym or highly experienced
