Anytime Fitness

This is the cleanest gym I have ever been to. The gym is always tidy and clean, the equipment is in the proper location, there are plenty of wipes and alcohol gel available, the toilets always have toilet paper and are hygienic. It is obvious Hisem really cares about the gym and wants to make it a pleasant experience for everyone. The equipment is also great, plenty of parking, and natural light. I only have positive things to say about this gym and the team managing it.

By far the best gym I've ever been to. The staff are all extremely helpful, considerate and hard-working, and the gym has a plethora of available equipment and facilities. It's a very spacious environment, and well suited to basically anything you might want to do.

I have joined Anytime Fitness for over 5 years. Have always obtained pleasant experience, from Brown (manager) in King George to Marika (manager) in Bardon, every one is professional and friendly. I have started using Anytime Fitness in Newmarket and my friend joins me once couple of week and pays single entry. Today we did the same thing and arrived 0645pm. However, there were no manager in the gym, we looked for the manager in order to pay, but wasn’t be able to locate one (the office door was open, but lights were off). Therefore, we decided to gym first then pay double next time. We did our backs, after 8 sets of 12 reps back (pulls) exercise (30mins down the track)one lady with heavy makeup approached us (not in uniform) and stated her name is Tia, the assistant manager. She said she saw us came and decided to wait and then tell us we were not supposed to use the gym without paying. I explained we came in during manager presenting time and if she has saw us since the beginning why didn’t she asked us to pay back then. She said she was doing her legs and didn’t want to stop, also we need to ignore those official times and always try to come in early as sometime manager would like to take early offs (meetings or etc). Then she stated it wasn’t our fault. We insist to pay then she refused. I wasn’t sure what she was trying to establish there.

In my opinion, this is the nicest of the Anytime Fitness locations and has the friendliest staff. Anytime Newmarket are consistently understanding, supportive and go above and beyond for their clients. Hisem is a wonderful manager and always has a friendly face. They definitely take care of you!

Been to a few gyms but this is one of my favorites. Very clean and the staff there are friendly and professional. Love it
