Great place for working out! Facilities are very good and staff knowledgeable.

Been a member for years. Large club, lots of exercise choices, great staff. Also has after hours access, with alarm points and cctv for safety. Some rather odd management decisions though (hence not 5 stars) - no lifting chains, trap bars or safety squat bars allowed. Also, none of the bench press benches have safety bars to guard against dropping a loaded bar on your chest or neck. (More in photo I've added safeties on track, but have to use bench that isn't ideal to do this).
