I contacted The Fireplace Studio when searching for a new wood fire, having very little knowledge of where to start. Dione was extremely helpful with a variety of options and answers to all my questions - very patient with my decision process and provided me with all the details needed to make the choice. As well as outstanding after purchase customer service which gave me peace of mind that I'd made the right choice. Paul was also incredibly accommodating with delivery and Adam the installer was also outstanding. I'm very pleased with not only the fire, but the customer service, making sure I was happy with my purchase - no question was too much and nothing was too difficult! thank you so much guys!
