Receptionist/ lady we spoke to on the phone is nasty and extremely unprofessional. Made something that should have been so easy very difficult. Took collateral from our property with out permission until service was paid for when the service was requested and paid for by real estate and essentially had nothing to do with us as tenants.

Read some bad reviews about this place but shopped around for a good price and gave them a go. Have got a few key's and car remotes done, only problem was a car remote not stuck together very well. They've always been helpful to me.
