Unprofessional and total rip off. I asked for a quote (was told $40-$60 -completely arbitrary nomination from what I can gather now) to unlock an old electronic safe, which I brought over to them, so no call out fee and (after it was all completed I realised) it could have been achieved in LESS than 5 minutes with a drill!! Disgusting they would charge someone $60 they knew full well they could drill open in 2-5minutes. Instead he chose to mess around for 15-20minutes or so trying to pick the lock and fuss about measuring the charge of the battery which has clearly died, so further wasting time. At one point he was suggesting he could take his time to somehow access the battery for me to change the battery which would have taken even longer! Not to mention it was clearly corroded so would have been pointless. I pointed this out quickly. Unprofessional from start to finish. Upon entering the room all three staff came in to have a sticky beak out of curiosity. When I commented how rude that was they quickly scattered. Then he suggested I should leave the room as it was somehow very secretive what he was going to do and the general public shouldn’t see it. I said “ If I had called you out to my home that would not be the case, so why is it different here?” You should all have more respect and recognise this is rude and intimidating.

First class, prompt service with a smile. The team at BLA we’re able to look after my Door lock issue promptly as a walk in customer. I highly recommend this local East Brisbane service and would not hesitate to use them again. Well done team.
