Due to an intruder, I needed my home re-keyed/new locks fitted on all doors ASAP. 27 keys in total, not including garages. I called Overnight service, and spoke to a very calm & professional Jason who helped me decide to wait until morning for call out services. Poor Jason I rang a few times. Was very polite each call. I finally got Jack on morning shift. I explained my situation and he calmly asked a few questions and booked me to Greg for earliest call out. Greg rang promptly. I explained I have c-pstd & intruders broke into my house etc & I'm bit shaken up. Counted the locks. Greg explained what he could do * booked me in & arrived promptly on time. Greg was extremely professional and also did "personal security guard " check when me bestie arrived. Greg did a run through the house on what exactly i needed & suggested some ideas for added security. The job was completed with: No mess or fuss. Definitely using again for my next house. Thank you so much team for bringing back some peace of mind. 😁 A+++

My electrical supply box was tempered with in the evening and my power was switched off. It was 10pm on a Friday night. I immediately rang this company but was told that because it is night drilling work is not permitted, but the locksmith would attend first thing in the morning to install a lock on the box. As promised, at 7am the following morning (a Saturday), the locksmith arrived. He was very understanding. He installed the lock and we have not had any problems of tempering or vandalism since. This is a very professional company. Highly recommended.

Stacey and Greg they are amazing. They installed this amazing fire and water proof safe in our caravan so now we can start to travel without any worries with our special things. They were so helpful and a fast prompt service. We had a phone conversation on Monday by Friday the safe was all installed. The best part of it all, Stacey and Greg always greeted us with a smile on the face or a happy welcoming voice on the phone. We don’t see so much good customer services these days.
