Called out the locksmith to our house in Redland Bay as we were locked out of the house due to a faulty lock. He turned up and was unable to fix the front door. After 20 minutes of watching someone who clearly didn’t know what he was doing, we advised him that it might be easier to get through the back door to fix it from inside. He then attempted for about 20 minutes to get into the back door. Again no luck. After coming back to the front door and another 15 minutes he was finally able to open the door. Next day we go to open the back door and the door handle pops forward and was sticking out of the door leaving us unable to open or lock the back door. We have never had an issue with The door until he messed around with it. Thankfully a friend was able to fix this issue so I didn’t have to call them back out. I would not recommend this place to anyone, clearly incompetent.
