When no one else could help me, Alessandro not only provided assistance, but he did it within an incredibly short timeframe. Within half an hour of turning up to his store I had a new key and a spare for my car and was out the door for school pickup.nThank you for making a difficult day less stressful, Alessandro. I just want say thank you to the guy in Mister Minit in the Market place in Mittagong for his service. I did a new car key last month and i dont know why it didn’t work anymore. The guy was very busy but he didn’t hesitate to spend time to program the key in the car. Many thanks Mister Minit

Today I had to get a spare key cut for my car. I was told it would take ten minutes so I was happy. The owner of Mister minute and I walked down to my car and the procedure seemed to be taking longer than 10 minutes but I wasn’t worried at all. After a little while, Alessandro asked me to move my car into day light as he couldn’t quite see the cables, as the car was parked under ground. After I did this, he persisted and persisted to find the cables he needed to program my spare key. He was thankful and grateful for my patience and I was grateful and thankful for his persistence. All in all, he got the job done. We were both happy and I will certainly be sharing his professionalism with my peers. Thank you Allesandro.
