Recently moving up from Melbourne, I have hit the jackpot seeing Jenni O’Neill!! Very knowledgeable with 25 years experience, brilliant soft tissue therapy and stretch. Finally found a strong massage therapist! Jenni is also working with my PT to make my body stable and strong. Great environment always leave with a smile on my face. Thanks Jenni!

Adriana is hands down the best Physiotherapist I have ever seen. Her dry needling techniques have an immediate effect on the relief and remediation of muscle tightness, back and neck pain. Highly recommended

Besides being a great place to visit when your body needs some help, Michael Dalgleish is one if the best Physios for all things Golf related. Michael did a full screening and I'm now hitting the ball even better.

Great staff at Optima, in particular Adriana Camargo for all physio needs as she has fixed my many hockey injuries and my daughters ACL tear recovery. Also Jenni O'Neill who is the best massage therapist that I have met and can get you back exercising after a couple of tough massages!
