This Mount Isa Common Wealth bank doesn't even deserve 1 Star. Just went to find out my eligibility for loan. Didn't even opened my account, said can't get it. Being a customer, I would expect sitting with consultant explore the options I have and would like to make sure consultant understand the reasons behind my personal loan, instead of saying it is not a valid reason. I am sure personal loan covers broad spectrum of reasons unlike Business loan. She should have trained well in Customer Service at least any way no product knowledge. Wish I have grabbed ur name girl. May be you should understand that you are serving bank customers and show some loyalty while speaking. Do not feel like Queen of the world just for being a mediator between bank and customers. Worst experience ever.
Ask for a new card. Never received it. Ask again, giving the pmb adress this time. Never received it after 2 months. Had to ask an other branch to finally have my card.
