We've never had a good experience at Mount Isa Hungry Jack's. Ever!!!!! Our Whoppers either came WITHOUT cheese or sauces; despite we always paid extra for the cheese and extra sauces!!! When we ordered Whoppers with cheese and extra sauces (tomato sauce and mayo), the young chick behind the counter said that the young boy in the kitchen has put some extra sauces in our burgers; So, I opened the burgers in front of her and NO sauces in there!!!! Nothing!!! And she tried to argue the fact that THERE WAS NO SAUCES IN OUR BURGERS!!!!! The management should stop recruiting young people who CAN'T work. That is not hard to get our orders right!!! AND I'm sure plenty of other customers who experienced this as well. 🙄🙄😑🤦‍♀️

Worst HJs anywhere. Had run out off all drinks except water. Only burger available was the whopper which was poorly made, cold, soggy, and handprint squashed. Chips were so cold they were solid and unedible. Drive-thru speaker needs fixing....you get 1 star because the staff member was polite and smiled.

Order was fast, service was friendly but the food was lacking alot. Grilled chicken was super thin and so over cooked it was like cardboard and then they tried to give us our sticky date puddings without icecream on top without telling us that there was no icecream to begin with. We did get our refund though.

Worst hungry jacks in australia. Waited 10 mins just to get to the speaker just to be told everything we wanted wasnt available. This is the 3rd time this has happened. DO NOT GO HERE

everything is really bad compared to other hungry jacks the workers are all really slow and the only good thing is frozen drinks but they are barely ever available
