I originally had Blind Inspiration in to quote on an awning. They thought, for what I wanted to achieve, that this wasn't the best option. Instead I ended up with electric roller blinds which was a much better solution - more elegant and fitting aesthetically, but also MUCH cheaper. I'm so happy with the result so very grateful to Blind Inspiration.

Awful experience of mis-selling, poor installation and lack of care or follow up in customer service. We have had a wrongly installed awning for months and have repeatedly been told that there is no one available to come back and fix it. Feels like they just want to take your money and run. Beware.
