What an amazing find in a little hidden valley outside Jimboomba. This amazing venue is everything you could dream of. Cant wait to play here again. This place is everything you want it to be for a function venue and Natalie is amazing.

First I wanted to say Thank you to Alsace Polo for allowing us to use their gorgeous venue for our wedding day. The property is beautiful and made for gorgeous memorable photos. We hired the venue for 3 days, Friday was allocated so we could set up the venue in preparation of our wedding on the Saturday. However we were then advised we weren't allowed to set up anything and it all had to be done Saturday morning. This was devastating as it left my husband with hours of work on the day of our wedding. There was lots of unnecessary stress added to our day which could have been avoided. The lack of communication and misleading information from the venue was extremely disappointing and frustrating. In saying this, my husband and I had a great time and so greatful we got to dance our little butts off. This wedding venue has so much potential, however there are lots of areas for improvement particularly around management, customer service and effective communication.

I delivered a wedding cake to Alsace. It is a beautiful venue and run by friendly people.
