Staff super friendly - big thanks to Nikki who made me feel so welcome and comfortable in the gym. She always offered a hand and went above and beyond.
Client service appears to be a foreign concept with no attempt by staff to reply to emails or follow up reminder emails, extremely disappointing.
The team here are FANTASTIC! Super friendly and extremely approachable. Was visiting and the team were super helpful. Made sure I knew where everything was. Felt right at home here x
