I go for the classes which is great! Lots of classes at different times. Customer service is wonderful. Can always find the equipment you're wanting 90% of the time. Was a little sad that they closed down the ladies only room but the functional room always has lots of space. I love the different rooms. Shout out to Esther's classes and the other trainers too, who are really motivating.

There is only half the equipment in use during covid (full price membership) and the PTs take up floor room in front of equipment, making hard to even access the items not in use. Classes are great, cleaning equipment well supplied. Be aware of hidden charges for things you don't even use and always pushing you to get others to join.

I attended an RPM class today as a casual member while on holidays and was so impressed with all staff and facilities. From the first phone call enquiring about a casual class to coming to the gym, all staff were so helpful and friendly. Thanks Goodlife Nerang for a great workout and making me feel so welcome.

Amazing place, varied set of equipment for people of all skill levels and differing goals. There is free water, and with some exception (yoga mats due to covid) as long as you have a towel, shoes and a water bottle everything is provided. Can't comment on prices when compared to other gyms but there is a 100 dollar joining fee to be wary of. I personally think that's too high, but take note.

Friendly and helpful staff, amenities and gym gear is kept clean. A good range of different machines and free weights. Not overly busy during the day no waiting required for equipment.
