I called into Zero W for a casual workout when little did I know I was about to get slapped with the biggest hit of motivation I’ve ever received in my life, as you enter the sound of huge weights clanging together instantly jacks up your energy like a punch to the groin. The equipment is to the absolute highest standard, and the staff are even better. Solid 10/10

Great coach. Not your regular meathead personal trainer, Thomas knows his stuff and communicates well. Customised program which meets everything i asked for and more. Worth the 1 hour trip from brisbane for his experience and professional advice.
