Great gym, friendly & welcoming. Been coming for a month or 2 now. Did a PT 1-1 session with Molly. She’s great, great communication, very friendly, warm and welcoming. She explains things well, good with teaching form, pushes you hard, and gets that extra out of you that you don’t think is there! I’m super fussy with personal trainers, very particular indeed. But molly is great and I’ll definitely be back! 😃 Thanks Matt & Team for the great environment you have created! ☺️☺️☺️

This is a great gym. The members are like a community and many friendships can be made. The gym hosts people of all levels of fitness without judgement. This is a place where you anyone can become stronger and fitter. I very much look forward to going to this gym every day. The environment created by Matt, Jason, Nate, Jimmy, Tarni and Molly is good. Everyone should go to this gym. There are lots of people achieving great things here. Attending this gym is like a social occasion where you get healthier. Pete, the owner is very strong. He did a 200kg deadlift at the donuts and deadlifts competition
