Miles Ahead Plumbing

Horrible service by Miles Ahead Plumbing and failed miserably in solving the problem. I've renamed his company: "Miles Behind." Miles arrived, looked at the problem; was obviously overwhelmed with the problem (I simply needed the kitchen sink sprayer hose replaced - how hard can that be???). By contrast, Moonstar Plumbing arrived this morning; took one look at the issue; knew immediately what to do & promises to have it fixed today. Thank goodness, a plumber who knows how to solve my problem! Use Moonstar plumbing instead!

Absolutely shocking service. To take people's money and not deliver a quality job is extremely poor and truly unprofessional. Do not use this company. Do not pay upfront. Do not trust in them. Regarding the reply from owner. Yes, I am the wife of JasperDM and you know it!! I added the review after going through what had been done once I was well enough to go out and see it. This whole episode caused a lot of stress for my husband. It is over now, the work has been rectified by others to a good standard. We have learned a valuable lesson from this which is to take more care when deciding who we use for essential work!

I have used Miles Ahead plumbing several times and I have always been very satisfied with their work.I found them to be very professional and very reasonably priced. 👍🏽

They came and installed my septic system. Can't thank them enough. Their quick response and workmanship is second to none.
