We had cause to call on Gold Coast Plumbing Company several times over a few months. When you phone the office Stephanie puts you at ease with her nice personality and her very efficient attitude to the job A real nice start to dealing with this company. The vans as they arrive are very presentable and a good advert for the company. When the guys arrive they always looked presentable and still looked that way when they leave . A very hard thing to do. Brent repaired a punctured water main which to me was under tough conditions.A job well done. Brent and Andrew replaced the water mains which to me was a major job.They did a great job. It rained a lot of the time, but that did not deter them. Jamie replaced a broken section of storm water drain and cleaned them out. Another job well done. A nice touch was what looked like knitted slippers over the boots when he came inside. Though all this time Dane kept in touch and he himself is a great ambassador for his company. He must have a great skill at choosing his staff. We have great confidence in recommending this company. Jamie was very professional and helpful. Fixed my Blocked drain. Dug up and replaced the pipe that was blocked by a 4 meter tree root. Great value for the quality work done. I will use them again for sure if I have plumbing issues. Highly recommended!!

As a real estate agent I am forever dealing with tradespeople and we all know at times they can be great and others not so great. I called Gold Coast plumbing this morning after not being able to get anyone else out today when we noticed a water leak under the house. Stephanie was incredibly friendly and helpful with booking my appointment and managed to get Jake out within a few hours. Jake was on time, very professional and extremely helpful answering all my questions. He did a fantastic job and attended to all other items I needed attended to. We were thoroughly impressed with the whole experience and can now confirm they will definitely be our preferred plumbers moving forward. Fantastic job guys.

We cannot fault the team at Gold Coast Plumbing Company and would recommend them without hesitation. The team showed up on time and worked extremely hard to get the job done. Planning a complete overhaul of our existing outdoor drainage with Jamie, he obviously knew what he was doing, but also did his best to accommodate our ideas into his plan where practicable. It was an awkward job due to the land being so solid and working around existing landscaping, but every member of the team worked hard and without complaint, solving challenges as they came. We will not hesitate to call the team back again for any of our future drainage or plumbing work.

First time ever booking a plumber, booking was easy and straight forward! We needed our new gas stove converted to LGP and connected, plus a new drain and water outlet. We had Andrew, Andrew was on time, friendly, helpful, diligent and professional. Definitely a valuable asset to the business. Thanks again Andrew! I like the process of quoting, accepting the quote and getting the work done in the same visit. Obviously this may not be always the case for larger or more complex jobs. Thanks again guys.
