I ordered a custom stone basin in January for a new build and was happy to wait the predicted 3 months for the item. Monthly emails since March have advised me of added delays. It's now May and I'm finally notified the basin has arrived and being delivered ! I happened to check the tracking and see the basin is being delivered to my old address in the city instead of direct to my builder as requested and listed on the invoice order. The basin is retrieved from the courier and sent back to the warehouse only to find it's the wrong colour!!! SO I ask to be sent a new one ! Sorry .... the container has already left and no replacement in sight. I searched and found this specific basin to suit the needs of the narrow vanity powder room and to fit the specifications and I don't have time or the desire to scour the net finding another suitable option. While the customer service staff have kept me advised of the happenings via email, every week, a phone call to remedy these issues weeks ago may have helped action a new basin in a better timeframe. I'm now doubting whether I will be able to source what I need in the given time frame for the plumber to install. If you're looking to order for renovations or building and are working to a time frame I would look elsewhere. I'm really doubting whether I will in fact receive anything or if I'm better pursuing a refund and going elsewhere. Watch this space ....

We had decided to buy a round tub bath from Prodigg since Sept last year and sent an enquiry asking about lead time and shipping cost. The director replied it should take a few months and advised to check shipping cost via their website (which was quoted under $300). Last month (Mar 2021), I rang up to order the bath and was told there was one in stock, the sales staff said I had to pay the bath in full to reserve it. She had agreed to let me know the shipping cost asap. However, I had not received any calls/emails 2 weeks after placing the order. I rang up to follow up and they told me that shipping cost has gone up to $500. It has gone way above our budget and had to cancel the order. Kristie (after sales lady) has been trying very hard to follow up for me, however it’s now over a month and I haven’t received the refund yet.nnNow we had to pay the designer to change the plans plus getting another bath.nnI haven’t been able to reach anyone else by phone/email so I am hoping this message will get through to the right person so he/she can let me know about my refund.nn(Edit: The new management has since gotten in touch and processed the refund swiftly. They have been very professional and responsive.)

Great service and a lot to chose from but the showroom needed a clean. It was very messy and looked like it needed a good vacuum. Outside the building there was a lot of rubbish from the other factories in the complex. Still if you are looking for bathroom supplies worth a visit.

AVOID AVOID, do not deal with this company, they will take your money and not supply goods. They don’t answer the phone or respond to emails. I have been waiting for over 2.5 months for a refund for a bath that was never ordered and tapware that was supplied incorrectly. I am now looking to seek legal advice.

PRODIGG bathrooms have been a massive help to me even though I had so many different ideas, the ladies were all very patient and lovely would 100% recommended this business
