Absolutely worst bank I’ve dealt with in over 50 years of banking.
Tellers won’t even count cash deposits have to put on a big show and dance about counting cash deposits.
Move your banking to any of the others.
They closed their Sugerland branch so I had to go into the city to deposit some cash. BIG LINE and only ONE TELLER ! They had 5 staff running around trying to get everyone to use their wall machines, and only one real teller facing 10 angry customers. Yet $Billions in profit year after year. Truly ridiculous. Micro banks will take over the sector soon..
Well over a week ago we tried to deposit money into a bank account belonged to a family member in Bathurst . Took well over a week for somebody to call on a Friday after 5 and a long weekend to say it didn't work!! We went in and the very rude teller said it might be a bank we can't transfer to ....Why not say that at the start kept the $5 fee and sent us on our way . The bank across the road no fee no problem shame Westpac Bundaberg!!!
