Despite the need for Covid-19 safety restrictions I found this branch to have excellent on-premuses service management. We had applied for a home loan by phone and needed to deal at this branch to set up accounts. Also, we realised we needed an insurance cover note for the home after signing the purchase contract. The Comminsure quote was significantly better value & at less cost than APIA which covered our previous home.

ABSOLUTELY APPALLING !! Standing in a large shared space is no place to conduct business; especially when the manager lacks discretion or volume control. This makes your private business a very public and embarrassing affair. Perhaps the fact that we were transferring funds to other banks was the reason for her angst. However her demeanour and lack of consideration was inexcusable. We visited six Bundaberg Banks on the same day. This was by far the worst experience of the day, with Heritage the best.

Went to deposit money today and started with coins. Deposited $45 and the machine showed $24.5 so I talked to the staff there and they said they can’t help because it was done already. Stole $20 from me and didn’t try to help.. worst staff I have ever seen..

Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever experienced. Rude staff and not enough customer service! I waiting for a long time as we’re many! Could not believe how I was treated with my daughter with me. Will never come back to this branch what a disappointment commonwealth!
