With newly painted walls it was time for the very old carpet to be replaced. Jamie and the team at the Alexandria store, were exceptionally helpful; from the detailed measure and quote, the choice of products available in store, the assistance in providing documents needed for Strata approval and the team that did the install. Professional, prompt and great to deal with.
Our block of units had a difficult job as the internal stairways required re carpeting but not the corridors. Jamie was a great help in matching the existing carpet and Made and Jesse were just brilliant carpet layers and did the job perfectly. Those 2 guys are consummate professionals.
I had new floor boards installed in an apartment I'd recently bought in Randwick. Jamie was knowledgable and transparent and guided me to the right fit (Quickstep - Spotted Gum / Engineered Timber). He worked efficiently to get the materials and labor organised within a tight time frame. The team who installed were hardworking and great communicators and completed the job within 2 days. I'm really pleased with the result and would highly recommend.
