This bank has a huge understaffing issue. Anyone going to this bank can see that this Banks attitude of greed, having closed all other branches in Bundaberg but never bothered to employ enough staff to service customers at this branch. Staffing levels are too low to carry out daily banking activity. Customers are loosing precious time and energy having to wait in very long queue for a very long period of time to get things done. It took more than an hour for me to deposit money into another ANZ customers account. I was asked to come the next day to open a bank account.

I have no clue why this branch has such a low rating, I have been comeing to this branch fairly regularly for 8 years !!! Staff is always incredibly friendly, helpful and do a brilliant job balancing efficient service with engaging individually with costumers. That particularly seams to be the hardest part of their job, especially when head office disregarded their costumer service capacity when the Kensington branch was under renovation, personally I believe they may benefit from having an extra human teller for time like this and Christmas so staff are not under so much pressure and have those few extra seconds to minutes to engage with individuals. A++ to all the staff and the exceptional services they provide, Though to having personal assistants to use the ATM, access too internet and telephone banking, security, crisis suport, even being provided coffee during certain important appointments and hiding a water bottle in my bag (thank you) This branch have been an absolutely convenience.and it's brilliantly preforming staff always a delightful encounter Bravo !!! 5 stars %100

Totally useless. Couldn't understand our requirements, then failed to put me through to the branch. Will be changing banks very soon.

Friendly knowledgeable staff. Always clean. Takes a while if you have to do an over the counter transaction. Good bank though.
