What an absolute joke. So far have waited in line for 30 minutes and moved forward in line by one spot. So much for improving customer service. Whoever thought this is a good way to conduct a business needs to go back to school, at least then they can pretend they know what they're doing. I don't personally deal with Commonwealth as a rule, seems the decision to give them the shunt years ago was a good idea. WHAT A DISGRACE.Update. all done. There's an hour of my life I'll never get back.

Friendly staff, 3 ATM's but long queues if needing to do business at the counter.
