Winnings staff were impeccable from the initial contact, to the professional advice and feedback given, through to the impressive delivery time and installation service. Couldn't fault any of it. I'd definitely be back and recommend to anyone. The prices were very competitive too.
Great firm to deal with. Firstly, the price was very reasonable in comparison to others I checked out. They delivered the very next day when others I spoke to couldn't. Their delivery guys were on time and even phoned when they were on their way (!). They were quick and courteous, willing to help in any way. They also took away the old fridge and packaging. What more could you want?

Everything about my contact with Winnings has been perfect, from showroom visits to follow up emails and phone calls, to delivery and install. Extremely professional and very positive.
Worst customer service. No one was keen to help out, was put on hold for more than 10 minutes over just a simple question of buying their water dispenser system from them. Was transferred around 3 times in the same call , not going to recommend them to anyone. Called them back and explain to them what happen, again the same uninterested tone and sarcasm. will not name anyone but if company is keen to know more, contact me.
