The Worst Bank I have ever Visited .
The Service was Very Average the Teller ( If you call them that )
had No people Skills.
Took ages to Log into his Lap Top.
I was very Happy to get out of the Joint.
They wete more concerned about Social Distancing of Customers than keeping Social Distancing themselves.
A Disgrace and this Branch should have a Long Hard Look at themselves.

Next to shopping centres so it’s easily accessible and Quality ATM machines. Only issue is waiting lines take quite a while.
Long term Westpac clients seem to have fallen into the black hole moving to Hervey Bay. Always takes too long at this brand and services change without warning. Suddenly today not able to do currency exchange when have done as recently as December.
Typical of westpac bank!!! Understaffed like most branches!
Very pleasing experience, had a issue that would take a couple of weeks to sort and Beth took ownership of the problem and kept me in the loop at all times. Even had a follow up call from the manager. Great job Westpac Hervey bay
