Guy Zak that works there putting down my wife cause she was fat. Really bad customer skills . She went there to feel good about herself came home balling her eyes out. Great customer akills

Zac n Brandon,r very professional, n ,friendly. Since Covid gym has been updated ,all equipment is working ,very clean n plenty of wipes n bins the booking in times r great no risk of contamination .well done

I am not happy with the gym cancelled my member ship because off the Maryborough branch closing down and i rang up to get my address change and to find out the address didn't change and i am getting charged fees still and i only stop it because off Maryborough closing down because i wasn't driving 60 km one way to go to the gym and i think it's wrong to be charged fees due off one off there branch closing down I will neaver go with anytime fitness again

I went into this gym to inquire about joining and was met with an interesting experience. For starters, I made it very aware to the gentleman that was helping me that I was only in Hervey Bay temporarily and didn't want a year membership. Firstly, he took me on a 20 minute walk around the gym. Then he sat me down and gave me the choice between a 12 month or 24 month membership. I was really confused as I had let him know from THE MOMENT WE MET that I was only hear temporarily. Your staff are very lifeless and nothing about your business is about the customers needs being met. No one said hi to me when I entered the gym, I had to butt in on people in your office. If you want a successful growing business, then I suggest you get your staff to work on building rapport with potential clients (and try to listen to the customers needs, not what you want to push onto them, it completely turns people off). A great atmosphere is created by the people who run the business. There are cheaper, bigger and better options around Hervey Bay. I would save yourself some time and money and go elsewhere!

Good gym, could be better with more room. Also needs more wipes and bins and flat benches, but all in all its a good atmosphere. Really like the health message pop ups on the cardio equipment.
