I started seeing Ben two years ago for a neurological condition. At that point in time I was using a walking pole both for my stability and balance. Now I no longer need my pole or wear my afo's when walking. Ben has truly changed my life. He has educated me on the correct way to perform my exercises and how to engage the muscles that are necessary for that exercise. Since seeing Ben I have not only become stronger and far more stable but he has also given me back my confidence. Thank you Ben.
