I can’t rate our experience highly enough. Went into the showroom knowing nothing about carpet and spoke to a lovely gentleman who explained all the different types and helped me decide what was right for our home. After locking in a decision I had cold feet at the last minute, and Darryl the owner, and Hazel were fantastic in being flexible and helping arrange a last minute change. The installation went smoothly and we can’t be happier with the finished product - it looks amazing and the underlayer adds extra softness underfoot. Very happy customers.
