Karen's been passionate about textiles from the moment she could talk. It's been her life to be in the fashion and design industry. She is a great mentor especially to those fashion graduates who will surely use her experience and knowledge to significant advantage on their way to their own success.

I recently did a pattern-making class with Karen and it was fantastic! She is extremely knowledgeable and a great teacher. I'm only a beginner, but she has decades of experience so would be great for anyone looking to sharpen their skills. Due to Covid I moved interstate and undertook the class via Zoom but I don't feel like I missed out on anything at all - Karen organised everything so that I got the full learning experience. So even if you're not in Sydney if you want to learn how to make your own patterns, or other fashion design skills, I highly recommend.

Karen's professionalism is seamlessly meticulous, her knowledge of the industry is abundant and working closely with her these past few months has given me the confidence, perspective and understanding of the industry holistically. As a start up, I didnt have the knowledge, referrals or any reference point as to how to get my vision out there, on paper and into the real life.
