I came to get a new kitchen done. I read on the website and their booklet that the COMPREHENSIVE design service is $450. Fair enough, or so I thought. So we came and discuss the plan for the kitchen.nIn the very beginning we were told that we will be given options so that we can see the difference if we put our appliances in different spot. I admit that we have several minor changes on the design as we tried to work out what's the best plan for us. After all, that's the point of having a design of a kitchen, so that we can see what it potentially looks like in 3D image.nEven after the final design was sent, there is a mistake where the width of the wall wasn't right so the kitchen looks bigger than it actually is. But I decided to let it go as it's just a design and I've been told that they will measure everything again if we decide to go with them.nWe then got the quote for the kitchen and unfortunately there is something happens in our household a couple of days later which affect our financial situation, so we decided to postpone our renovation plan. I wanted to do the right thing so I asked them to send the invoice for the design fee. Which I believe supposed to be $450.nNope, it ended up to be $770. And the reason is because they provide multiple designs, which I have never been told from the beginning nor they stated in the website. I learned my lesson the hard way. So think again if you come for a design.
