Under staffed to handle customers numbers!
30-40 minute wait times😡
Staff helpful but long wait times... when you in a hurry this isnt the bank to use
Having to wait for a long time, feeling bad for the elderly that have to stand the whole time and wait, heaps of staff but only 1 or 2 working on the counter to serve.
Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They took the time to have a quick conversation with you to deliver a real customer experience. The staff are efficient and their is hardly a wait time.
The staff are very helpful and kind. There shop however is typically very busy and the waiting times are long. Commonwealth bank is a very reliable bank with good rates and great options for kid's banking. The Commbank app is very useful, it features all the information you need for you banks accounts and cards. They do not support Samsung pay.
