If I could give this henious branch zero stars I would even give it minus stars
The insurance lady was so rude and patronising even insulting to her own customers
The bankers didn't want to be there and moral was non existant
I had to go to the bankers to pay a bill because the lady in the insurance area didn't accept cash
And actually blamed me for not knowing it
A lady in the line with me openly said this wasn't a good sign and left without backing saying she'd transfer to NAB
rude uncaring staff
Single worst customer service in all of the Whitsundays
I am now looking into going somewhere else
If these employees are any indication especially the insurance lady who was insulting her own customers and seemed to have a permanent chip on her shoulder don't even care to be pleasant to customers then clearly it is both a bad bank and insurance place
No confidence in this branch at all
If you go to this excuse for a branch expect the worst so you are not disappointed
Been waiting for an hour or more for their service, ive been patiently waiting for my turn and they let 3 people ahead of me. They boast personal service but they dont have it. No one even approached me and ive been sitting for quite a while now. I am disgusted by their service.
