Gold Coast Pilates

I love PMP Studios, the classes suit any fitness level which is great as I particularly like walking out feeling as though I’ve had a decent workout. I love using the tramps, seriously an awesome workout for the legs. I only wish I could get there more often. I’d love the 5:30am express class to come back!

I have attended reformer pilates classes at PMP Studios throughout my third pregnancy and feel safe and supported within each class. Every movement has been tailored to my changing needs without impacting the overall flow of the class. Highly recommend!

Anna and her team at PMP Studios are fabulous. Every class gives you a satisfying workout. Having had shoulder and knee surgeries, these classes give me movement and strength. I just love my classes.

Anna has the happy knack of working you to your personal capacity without exceeding it and amazingly making it a fun experience. She varies your program so that there are new exercises to challenge you every single session, some feat as we have attended regular classes twice weekly for over 2 years. You will enjoy the improvement in your fitness but you will also enjoy her happy personality. All in all a very rewarding experience.

I will no longer return to this studio after being poorly treated by instructor Emma Hill, who I note, has actually reviewed herself here with a fake five stars. It seems there are a few fake reviews here. How can you trust a business that reviews themselves and their business online?nnAfter frequenting this establishment on multiple occasions, I found her manner to be very obnoxious. Emma is particularly nasty to deal with and spends more time on instagram than actually helping clients. Very unhelpful and a waste of my time and money. Perhaps her mother, the owner, should have taught her some manners. What a shame this business conducts themselves so poorly. I wish there was other decent instructors to be able to continue.
