Yoga Room

Went back to Yoga last night after a 2 year layoff, combination of lackadaisical and injury. I feel amazing now!! Maurice and the Iyengar yoga style is so amazingly helpful to general well-being and flexibility. Many thanks Maurice - will be back for more!!

I've been attending the Yoga Room classes, mostly with Maurice and Dom, for the last three or so years.nThe lower back pain that I once had has disappeared, and I'm a more calm, strong person since I started. I even practised all the way through my pregnancy and Maurice and Dom were wonderful throughout, modifying poses to suit what I could safely do.nAttending classes at the Yoga Room is like being part of a tight-knit and highly supportive little community. I would highly recommend Yoga Room to anyone.

I absolutely love this place. Maurice and Dom are amazing. Every time I take a class I want to become a serious yogi to be more like them! Couldn't recommend this place or the staff enough.
