Fantastic equipment. Functional. Not your typical gym. 24/7

Very friendly staff and atmosphere unlike many other gyms. Has modern equipment with everything you need to get and stay in shape. The onsite store for Macro foods is good and well stocked with options for smoothies/coffees/drinks that were delicious.

The first gym I haven't needed to bring headphones to. Awesome vibes & they play an awesome variety of music that isn't top 100 from last year.... Over played and unmotivating. All of the staff are very friendly and always ready to lend a hand. The gym is large enough that there is always equipment at the ready but not that big where you feel lost in the space. For a little bit extra per week - their classes are really fun and a good way to switch it up from your traditional workout. Super pleased that I signed up from EMF - I enjoy looking after myself even more and look forward to each morning / evening workout. Thanks Macr0 Gym!
