I love this space, it allows me to work hard in the different types of classes to gain more strength and mobility, always under the guidance of very knowledgeable trainers.nBeing able to then head into the yoga studio for various yoga classes is just amazing... all the goods under one roof! ud83dudc4cud83cudffcnBeing apart of this community has been exactly what I needed.nThank you rack life... keep it up!

I became a member at Rack Life just a few weeks ago and I am absolutely loving it. For a long time now I have been trying to find a gym or training community that was focused on good quality holistic / functional movement and an authentic vibe, and I’m happy to say that I found it. The Heated vinyasa classes I attend are the perfect balance of challenge and restoration and the teachers (especially Lo) are authentic and are truly present and real. I have yet to try all the classes available but overall I feel welcome and already part of a wonderful community. ❤ufe0f
