Absolutely amazing. What a haven to come to to tune out and work up a sweat. The instructors are so lovely and absolute professionals. Great music, best vibes. So so thankful I stumbled across this place. Highly recommend.

First timer doing Pilates reformer & I must say I’m very impressed with the whole package. Extremely accommodating to a newbie, friendly staff, understanding instructors, a great atmosphere with plenty of encouragement. I can see myself getting addicted to this place. Hygiene wise it’s faultless. A beautiful relaxing space to push yourself. Bookings are super easy via the Mindbody app & plenty of convenient beginners classes available. I’ve been to 5 classes in just under 2 weeks & I can’t recommend this place highly enough. Can’t wait for my next session

Could not recommend somewhere more for a reformer beginner!!! The intro offer is awesome value. The instructors are so friendly and made me feel so comfortable. 100% worth every cent!!
