Sanctum Forge Boxing Gym

I joined a few months ago with my 13 year old son. I don't have a boxing background so was like a fish out of water to start with, but the coaches (Paul and Liam) are very professional and can direct individually no matter your experience capabilities. If you are looking for a great way to get fit whilst learning a new skill, get down there and check it out. My wife even attends now! (not great if I am late home for dinner-I might cop a right hook).

The team are awesome, a big focus on flexibility has changed my whole outlook on boxing.nAdding building blocks from stretching to improve our ability to perform correct technique and ensuring you don't develop or continue bad habits.nI can't speak highly enough of the coaches and the atmosphere they have created amongst the members, whether you want to get fit, learn a new skill or fight Paul and the team can help.

Sanctum Forge Boxing, is a wonderful gym and place to be in general. My two brothers and myself have been going to this gym for over 6months and love it. The building is full of friendly people, who are all thriving for results. I enjoy being their everyday.

I am a fighter in Sanctum forges Amateur class.nnI have never trained in a more professional and sophisticated environment from the moment I walked in I was encapsulated in the atmosphere. A true boxing gym.nnI have now been training here for 5 months and have learned a strong foundation ready for construction week after week. My coaches Paul and Liam both have a plethora of skills in guiding a fighter to their maximum potential.
