Such a friendly atmosphere, everyone is so welcoming. I love that there are people of all fitness levels and i don’t feel self conscious to go which was a bit of a barrier for me to start.

This studio is absolutely the best vibe! The classes are always well run and fun and as it should be... HARD! It's always a solid workout! I am so glad to be apart of this fitfam!

Absolutely love this place. It has an amazing vibe. The owners and trainers are all about the members and are invested in helping you achieve your goals. They genuinely care about you and you dont feel like just another person in a gym, you are family. Highly recommend this place for all sorts of people with different backgrounds and levels of fitness. Even though I have always generally been pretty healthy and into working out, this place has made me feel comfortable and brought back the excitment and passion of training. Trust me dont think about it, come and try it out - you won't regret it.

I can’t thank the team at F45 enough for the positive impact you’ve all had on my life. After having the twins nearly 6months ago I was in a pretty low headspace and you guys have saved me! Bec, Linz, Toby and the team are amazing. They are all passionate in bringing out your best. Everyday the twins and I walk in to be greeted by happy smiley faces. It’s obvious you all love what you do. Not only has my daily visits improved my headspace but I feel fitter and stronger and that’s all a big thanks to you coaching and supporting me. Everyone in F45 family are so kind, Supportive and compassionate. You guys rock!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I've never found a place that has made me feel more at home. Absolutely love my fit fam, this place is not just a gym we are a community/family everyone is included, no matter what fitness level you are at and we support and help everyone which is what I love the most. Thank you Linz & Bek you guys are amazing and of course our awesome trainers without you all it just wouldn't be the same.
