What can I say, these guys went over and above to unblock a toilet in the crew quarters of a 70 foot Sunseeker. Cale did not give up on what you was an unusual place and site. They also ordered and replaced a maceator in another toilet and checked the whole system out ensuring all was working properly. Prompt, courteous, professional and above all full customer service was paramount to them. I highly recommend Tri plumbing to anyone in need of their services. Great work Cale and Team. Thank you.

Simon was AMAZING. My wife called him on a Saturday when our hot water system wouldn't work, left a message and he called back straight away which is already a 5 stars in our books. Over the phone he went through a few steps for us to do, to try to assess the problem which he found pretty much straight away and advised us of the next steps to take. My wife being the thorough person she is, wasn't entirely sure she did the steps properly so after our talk with Simon we repeated the process and something different happened so we called him back and again he answered immediately (another 5 stars). After going through the same steps one more time our hot water system started to work again. So a MEGA thank you to Simon for being so quick to respond, to quickly fix our problem and to save us time and money (and cold showers!); And bonus he taught us what to do if it happens again. Thanks a million. I think we are now up to 15 stars but how's counting!!!!
