Josh and his team from Sunstate did a major renovation on my old Queenslander which entailed building a granny flat under the house and renovating upstairs extensively. Being old, I knew the house might have some issues, but more unexpected ones emerged during the construction phase. All of these were handled by Josh and resolved. The final result is structurally solid now, and it looks impressive too – I get many compliments. The quality of work is excellent, Josh goes above and beyond, besides being wildlife friendly and saving my resident blue tongue from the excavator and relocating him to a safe spot. It is a bespoke service they offer that you would not get from a bigger builder. Josh has good ideas on how to do things better and turns design theory into reality with a real world application. Their tradespeople recommend them! That says something.

Sunstate Renovations & Extensions re-modelled our kitchen , opening it up and making it bigger and brigher. They freshened up our bathrooms too with new tiles and vanities which look fantastic. Josh, Ben and the team were easy to work with and found a solution to every request. They worked really quickly and kept us up-to-date at every stage of the project. They were reliable and easy to work with. We're absolutely delighted with our renovation.

We just had a teenage retreat/granny flat built by Sunstate and we couldn’t be happier. The project is exactly as we’d imagined and is now the favourite hang out space for our teens.
