All the team at 12 Round Fitness are amazing and helpful...great place to work out and the support is second to none!

Have just finished the 28days package, enjoyed it so much, am now signed up as a member. Love the atmosphere and mix of strength/conditioning stations. Everyone is so friendly. The trainers are knowledgeable, enthusiastic and very encouraging. It has been awhile since I worked out and they’ve made it very easy to get back into the swing of things.nnThank you Lizzy, Josh and Long.

Trainers Lizzy and Josh are extremely helpful, friendly and they make the workouts enjoyable. This is the only place I have gotten results with the support of the trainers and Long the owner. I would highly recommend 12RND Capalaba to anyone wanting a gym that gets results ud83dude0a
