Alpha Timber Flooring

I went in and picked out the bamboo flooring I was after. Made an appointment for James to come snd give me a quote based on the total area. He didn't show. I have phoned back twice yo reschedule, but it's like I don't even exist. Totally bizarre. And they hot such good reviews! How is this possible when they don't even acknowledge your existence? I will get my flooring elsewhere
