Choices Flooring (Pickering Street) were very professional throughout the entire process. Kelli was excellent with helping decide on the flooring type, colour and layout. She visited our home, with samples and allowed us to visualise the final look. The carpet was installed and still looks great. Chase (hybrid flooring installer) did an exceptional job with the flooring. All in all a fantastic purchasing experience. Highly recommended.

Excellent service at the start. Kelli was extremely good at her work in both assisting us with our choice of carpet and measuring the laying process efficiently. The after sales service has been the complete opposite unfortunately. We have followed them up twice in relation to a pull in the carpet done during laying (Or manufacture) and the raggedness of the edges where the carpet meets the tiles. Even spoke to the gentleman who laid the carpet who promised to drop by and fix things but never did.

Kelli, Gemma, Jim and the team were brilliant to deal with! They made choosing a carpet for our new home very simple and stress-free. The carpet looks amazing and feels beautiful underfoot. The installer Troy, did a super job at pulling up the original carpet and replacing it with our new carpet all within a days work. We could not fault his workmanship. Awesome job! We will be looking at changing our timber flooring down the track, and we certainly won't be going anywhere else to get our flooring! Thank you guys.

I can highly recommend Jim Binning and his team. He is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They are always on time and efficient. We had to have carpet replaced due to a fault and they were so good to deal with.nHis advice was spot on. The carpet layers were on time, respectful and friendly. All in all a great experience.
