Bend + Fly Yoga

I joined Bend & Fly a few months ago and I enjoyed every aerial yoga class I have done. The studio is well set up and has a soothing vibe that just lightens my heart. Teachers are very professional and caring, and each has their own teaching style to suit different requirements. They also offer a great variety of classes & workshops - I am learning something new every time. I feel fun, relaxed yet strong. This is the place I would love to go every day if I could.

Had a great shoulder and stress relief workshop with Renee. She was really good at explaining the physio behind the exercises, and had a good balance of supporting new students and allowing advanced students to be challenged.nAlso really appreciated the bright and airiness of studio, and the little lockers to hold bags during class.

This studio is the best I’ve visited. I’ve done many types of yoga all over but this one is the winner for me! It’s amazing decor and feel is inviting and calming. The instructors are incredible and communicate in a way were you are learning and advancing your ability. They have a care factor and it really has a feeling of community. A real gem of a studio in such a great area! Good work Bend and Fly!

Bend and Fly has given me so much flexibility. I always look forward to the sessions. Thanks for the giving me that confidence in myself and feel fit. Amazing work guys!

Within the first class i knew i was going to become a member of the studio! Dan and the team are so welcoming. Lovely timetable suitable for a variety of practices/styles i enjoy. Great studio above and there is a great coffee shop below. Highly recommend :)
