--- WELCOMING --- CHALLENGING (if you want it to be) --- GOOD CHAT --- CARING --- DOGS --- GOAL FOCUSED --- JUST JOIN ALREADY ---nnYou know you've found a one of a kind gym when one of the coaches says you have a trash core but they say it with love and the intention to help you remove your core from said trash with months of agony (progression) and torture (structured programming that can be scaled depending on your skill/fitness level).nnAll of the coaches are technique focused and do their best to coach you through developing different movements properly.nnI have nothing but great things to say about Cultivar, great coaches, great people to train with, no meat-heads/egos (in fact the people that are the most impressive are the most humble and keep to themselves but will help you if you ask for it).nnIs your goal weight loss (nutrition programs available), strength gain (PT available), mobility (Yoga classes), Olympic lifting technique, general fitness or injury prevention or building a base back from an injury post-rehab? Then try Cultivar...nnIt is a CrossFit gym, so if you don't like CrossFit you won't enjoy it. If you do like CrossFit or you don't know (like I didn't) and want to try it - join. There's no crazy lock in periods - their growing client base stays because they want to stay, not because they have to.nnI haven't been there long but I'm stoked with my find! The programming is structured properly (thought actually goes in), and you can scale it depending on your injuries, fitness level, age, etc. there's really no one they can't cater for.nnTry it for a month, what have you got to lose?nnN.B. you'll try it and stay...

I absolutely love Cultivar Health. The workouts are challenging, fun and other members are always encouraging and great to be around. I learn something new every time I go. The coaches are easy to talk to, listen to you if you have injuries or questions about a workout and will modify movements so you are working out safely. Cultivar Health is clean and well maintained making it a great environment to be in. Ellie and Alex are professional and very proud of the community they have created.

Wanting to improve your fitness? The choice is easy - Cultivar Health.nnChoosing Crossfit for the first time can be intimidating but the coaches Alex, Ellie, Mary and Amber have created a welcoming atmosphere, catering for all fitness levels from beginners to advanced athletes.nnCoaching - the coaches are experienced, encouraging, humble and extremely fit and strong! All the coaches provide the guidance and motivation for you to achieve your goals including nutrition coaching. The coaches have created a fantastic culture and I can assure you they will remember your name before you remember theirs.nnCommunity - all the members are very welcoming and often catch up outside training for coffee, breakfast and even a Sunday recovery run. During the workouts you always feel part of a community especially when your the last to finish a workout and you hear all the other members cheering you on.nnProgramming - the programming, including stretching, warm up and warm down are varied and related to the workout. The coaches often run 6 week cycles focusing on a few exercises whereby you're tested in the first and last week to demonstrate your improvements. The programming caters for all fitness levels and includes a number of scaled down options. The classes are capped to ensure the coaches can provide the necessary attention during the workouts. The Olympic Lifting Classes are very popular allowing members to improve those movements.nnI can't recommend Cultivar highly enough. An added bonus is they have no joining fees or lock in contacts so in the unlikely event you don't like it you can leave anytime.

For a long time going to the gym was a chore and something I knew I should do but struggled find the motivation to do. This has completely shifted now that I am a member of Cultivar!nnI genuinely love going to the gym, seeing the friendly faces of coaches and other members, and feel so happy after every session. Getting fitter and stronger is an added bonus.nnThe vibe at the gym is top notch (e.g. there are dogs to pat) and the quality of the coaching and training is excellent. The coaches are very approachable and give great feedback and push you to improve. They have cultivated an excellent community (for example, we had an internal 'olympics' competition which was so much fun).nn10/10 would recommend.

I’ve been doing CrossFit for four years now, have trained at other CrossFit gyms in Brisbane, and Cultivar is hands down the best one. 10/10 would recommend.nWhether you’re like me and have been doing CrossFit for years, or you’re looking to try it for the first time, you won’t regret choosing Cultivar. Here’s why:nn1. The coaches genuinely care about you. You will get a friendly hello every time you walk in the door. There’s no room for generic coaching cues at Cultivar – the coaches take the time to understand how you move and how you could move better. If you miss a class, they will check in to make sure you’re okay. If you’re injured, they will tailor a workout specific to your limitations to make sure you are still getting the most out of your training.nn2. The community in the gym is the best. If you’re looking to start CrossFit, but feeling scared or intimidated, come try Cultivar. There is literally no ego in this gym. The best athletes in the gym are the most humble. Every single member is friendly and encouraging and genuinely just there for a good (hard) time. I was lucky enough to make the move to Cultivar with some of my best friends, but even luckier to have made some amazing new friends.nn3. The programming is the perfect mix of skill/strength/fitness. If you’re currently doing CrossFit, but don’t feel like you’re getting the results you want, come try Cultivar. The programming is focused around developing you into a well-rounded athlete, rather than smashing you and sending you home with injuries. Genuine thought goes into the weekly programming – we focus on one or two movements for a six-week cycle to track and measure our individual improvements. Whether that means getting your first pull up or your first muscle up – it’s all about progression. And just when you think you’re getting better, Alex will program a workout that makes you question your entire life’s purpose. Literally the hardest workouts EVER.nn4. 10/10 facilities and services. In addition to the weekly programming, you have access to mindset and nutrition coaching, Olympic lifting coaching, yoga, gymnastics skill programs, personal training, open gym, dogs welcome, sometimes we do BBQs… Honestly, what more could you want from a gym?nnCultivar is a community that develops well-rounded athletes and even better human beings. Ellie and Alex are two of the most passionate, humble and caring people I’ve ever met, and their gym is a direct reflection of that. Cultivar is genuinely the best part of my day, so come join us and hopefully it can be the best part of yours too!
