Service was a bit inadequate or lack-thereof. Two staff walked past the front desk looking at me, but not saying a word. When I was faced with a man who served me, he also didn't say anything to me. I asked for a replacement key and off he went. The shop front was quaint and scattered with things for you to look at while you waited, the job was done well and I had no problems with my new key, but the service made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I also had a bit of trouble finding the shop front as there was a door at the front, but the shop front was actually around the corner.

I had two car keys cut from a blank stock, one for each car. However, neither of the keys would operate the door locks. Original keys worked. Took them back and they did not refund the exorbident amount originally charged. They said that they had done what was asked; that is cut the blank keys. I suggested it would be also good if they also worked as there was no point having the keys cut otherwise. I will never go ther again.
